• We do not guarantee that product descriptions or prices are error-free
• We reserve the right to limit order quantities

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays beyond our control
• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
• Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility
• Some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pride Amsterdam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be governed by Dutch law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
